Oh, right. I changed up how I draw the comic too.

I used to lay down the text first so they were always kind've in a weird spot and the images had to accommodate the text so hopefully now that I'm drawing the images first I can go for more interesting camera angles and shit?

YOURE AMAZING [Posted by MaddE on September 8th, 2013, 12:01 pm]

Hey so i just found your comic a few days ago and I've been reading nonstop since. Currently I'm still reading from Jan. 2012 (and savoring every page) but I just want you to know that this is one of my favorite comics of all time-and I've read lots of comics. I'm loving every aspect of it! You've probably got all these compliments before, but you're gunna hear them again! haha. So what i like is how your art is able to convey emotions and actions clearly despite its simplicity. And i looove how the simplicity is able to accentuate the cuteness of the story!!! and i LOVE how such a story can be cute when typically "last survivors" stories are so dreary. Pretty much i love everything is what I'm saying. I usually don't leave comments but I just appreciate your comic so much that it was a must. One last thing. On the pages back in 2012, you were discussing printing the comic and possibly selling it? If you still are selling or have any left I would definitely buy from you!!!!!!! Sorry about not being up to date haha.

@lulu-chan: Aw. Thank you. I am far from the best but I'l pretend, just for you.

@MaddE: Wow, what a comment! You're pretty close to catching up! I had to take so much time off as that was about my senior year of college and all that jazz, haha.

I'm glad you like the art! Yeah, I was setting out to do a less oppressive end of world story. I understand how terrifying that prospect is but I like to think we're capable of bouncing back. Yokohama Shopping Trip definitely partially inspired me.

WOW. Thanks for all the nice words! Really!

Haha, it's ok you're not up to date. Sorry, I don't have any plans on selling them any time soon. I had a first run and those are all gone, if I want to print them out, there's a not a lot of pages that need to be redrawn to fit print specs.

Although, if people don't mind buying pixel-y comics, maybe I could put out another set sooner. I should do a survey. It'd certainly be easier on me, haha.

I admit, redrawing on old pages just seems incredibly unfun to me.
