Kid in my class today: You can't play video games! Girls don't play video games! You only play old, non-violent games.

Hahaha. In any case, I'm tired. I don't know what happened yesterday, but I went to bed at 5pm and woke up at 3am so now it's 7am and I'm really exhausted. Why is this happening?

I'm gonna go see Streetlight Manifesto Sunday! Woo! And I'm... totally gonna fall asleep if I keep this up. Haha.

Reminder to myself. Meeting tomorrow at 2pm. Woooo.

Karen's so understanding! :3

Woo. : D Is it Saturday at your place already? I just got off work. Not going to have much time to mayself this weekend... two nights of going out, and the rest... christmas presents.

Streetlight Manifesto is.. a movie?

And now my little persona corner. ; )

I dated Ai, too... but that one resolved itself. It wasn't anythign serious anyway. : D I think you can get SL reversals, because praying at the shrine can also reverse such a reversal. Or so it said when it was introduced, iirc.

I wish you the best of luck on your second playthrough- and that you don't get caught. Wonder what'll happen on Christmas Eve then?

I actually like Marie. She's just so socially awkward, she's hilarious.

Oh, and did you manage to complete all the SLs? And the compendium?

Bitch please. Bioshock, L4D and L.A. Noire are too cool for boys.

Also, oh god, all the backstories hit right in the feels ;__;

@Belerith: Shit. I'm replying to this comment so late, I don't know what you mean by Saturday. Haha.

MAN. Last weekend was busy for me too. I had to go to some family party and Sunday I had... something. Shit, was it work? It was only three days ago and I can't remember already, haha. Oh, no a concert!

That's right! I went to go see Streetlight Manifesto! They're a band, not a movie, haha.

Ah, so you played Ai's friendship route. I liked how she grew, I hated her so much in the beginning... just like I was supposed to, haha.

No, I know you can get S.Link reversals, but they don't seem as easy to get as P3. I was looking through the guide and Ai and Naoto seem to be the only one... I've dated all the girls without much issue except for a scene here and there.

Haha. I finished my second playthrough. It was only to get that pain in the ass read-all-the-goddamn-books. I don't even know if it's possible to max s.link all the night time social links and read all the books, there are just so many books.

On Christmas Eve, you can just pick which girl you want to spend time with without consequence. It isn't until Valentine's Day where shit gets real. Haha.

Yeah, I can see why you'd like Marie.

Yeah, I maxed S. Links the first time without the guide, somehow. Though I was up against the wall, S.linking 'til the very last day. It was nerve-wracking as fuck, haha. And you can't complete the compendium 'til second playthrough so I'll be doing that soon. Ughhh. Grinding levels just to fuse. Haha.

@VoiceOfSociety: Haha, well. I'm not sure if he's allowed to at his age, I knew he liked Sonic, which I've never really been a part of.

Ahahaha. I'm glad the back story is working. I was worried it was too cheesy but newlywed/engaged couples are cheesy as fuck so... there we go.

aww they look so cute~

I'm hoping you're a teacher or assistant at some elementary for the most "special" of children, because that's the only place I can imagine someone actually saying that. Holy smokingcrap haha.

Send him to Star Trek Online I'll beat the shit out of him for you ^_~
what's that? Trekkie and MMORPGer? yes. Bask in my "coolness"

@VoiceOfSociety: Aw, c'mon. He's, like, 8. Besides, I think the rest of the class which was all girls gave him an earful already, haha.

@ProfessorLawl: Hahaha. C'mon, guys! He's a young kid. He'll grow out of it. Haha. I was just sharing the story 'cause I thought it was funny.

Mannnn. I have, like, no time or patience to play an MMO. The Star Trek MMO looked crazy. How's that going?

@ErrePi: Rawr.
STO is pretty awesome. it's Free to play which is great, but Perfect World only likes money so that's not so great; as they refuse to fix some of the awful bugs, like how a lot of people -myself included- can't get their ship's interior to change from default no matter how much money I spend. Also Fed characters get everything. The awesome ships, the plethora of uniforms, the special 'packs'. I have a Fed character and a KDF and my Klingon just depresses me sometimes. haha.
However, basic customization is crazy, there's a huge amount of races to choose from, and you can make your own. The missions are mostly fun, The Fleets are extremely cool- they have starbases and customization missions of their own now.(I'm proudly part of the Federation Department of Temporal Investigation.)
The Winter event is coming to a close in a few days and it has been insane, with Q, giant homicidal snowmen (yeah. you read that.) and a wicked free breen ship.
You can customize your ship and Bridge officers too, so you could plausibly make a "Led by a Mad Man" ship. Captain Daniel and all that (omg @o@)
The storyline can be surprisingly complex, and there are changes to how things pan out depending on your choices and if you're tactical, science or engineering based. The Borg playing a part too and they are terrifying. it's great.
Also Spock narrates.
I actually didn't really get into MMOs, just sort of played Shaiya every so often, until a friend was like "you have to do this with me now" and I was hooked haha. (I actually hit the level cap O_O)

So how was Streetlight Manifesto?

@ProfessorLawl: Haha, oh my god. I know nothing about Star Trek, I know about the MMO though 'cause I watched a quick look of it. I've learned a lot of pop culture by watching people play video games based on things. Haha.

Ah, there's a lot of microtransactions? Well, that's what you have to expect for F2P really, haha. It's that or ads, as long as the things they sell aren't game breaking but rather cosmetic, right? Though it's a huge fucking pain to deal with bugs. Haha.

Haha. MMOs always seemed fun 'cause it's basically a collective experience. You should tell me how that goes.

HAHA. LbaMM ship. Actually when I was playing FTL, I always named the guy who piloted the ship Daniel. Haha. God, he died so many times. STUPID FTL.

Haha, jesus. That sounds awesome and crazy. Glad you're having fun. I only ever played those uh... JRPGMMOs and those were seriously just a grind fest.

Oh, Streelight Manifesto? It was pretty good! There was a guy jumping behind me and I could feel his dick and it was uncomfortable, haha. Usually after a concert I feel really tired, but I really just wanted more from that one. I'm really excited for their new album... IF IT EVER COMES OUT. THOMAS KALONKYYY.

@ErrePi: yeah, there's pretty much no grinding on STO, if anything it's a little /too/ easy to level up imo. haha it's so different from the jrpgs I'm used to.

ewww, non consensual genitalia bumping to back contact. that's a foul for sure lol. But at least the energy was otherwise good, if you were still pumped afterwards. I used to work raves, and they used to tire me out. I'd be like "I'm not even dancing and i'm sore...wtf?" haha. So it's cool that you were all energized.
I had to look them up, since I wasn't familiar with the band, and what I've heard is pretty cool. I listened to "We will fall together" and was surprised by the trumpets. very spiffy. Too bad they boycotted themselves.

@ProfessorLawl: Haha. I see.

MAN, I know, right? Well, I guess I could have only avoided it so much. Haha. But yeah, I agree. Bad concerts used to tire me out... Haha. Okkervil River was still my favorite concert though. That was pretty amazing. Haha.

Oh, you listened to them? Haha. The horns section is because they're a ska band.

HAHA. Them boycotting themselves just means that they're not on friendly terms with their current label so they've been trying to sell the albums through a different source and I'm pretty much A-OK with all that. Haha.
