In the last panel, richard's sweater thing looks like a background, making Ian smaller XD. I like how Karen is okay with ian's hate for timothy

@Helix_luco: Wait, calculus? WHERE.

I am not good at the math.

@Anonanon: Ughhh. Yeah, I know. I was trying to back in and fix it a bunch but I was incredibly tired while drawing and just said, "Fuck it". Haha.

I should go back and fix it.

Haha. Karen's already sick of it all.

Oh dear, just found this and read all the pages at once and I must say this comic gives me so many feelings!! This whole thing it freaking wonderful! One of the best I've ever read and your style pleases my eyes so! And the characters! They are all so awesome, I can't even start picking my favorite! And the whole setting after everyone's dead and with small bunch of people trying to survive, wow! I thought this would be all sad and melancholic, but it's not! I found myself smiling all the time, because of the characters' dynamic and interactions, you've done them so well!

Also, I can so understand Timothy! I find some of the old men really attractive too! :'D And it's super awesome to read about a "couple" which is little different, I don't think I've read anyone crushing on a old man, but that's just the most adorable thing ever! Well.. after Ian of course. He's not gonna hand over Richard anytime soon it seems!

But anyway, LOOOOOVE this comic and can't wait for the next update! ^^

Just Curious... [Posted by Odd1Out (Guest) on April 11th, 2012, 11:13 pm]

Is "The Missing Piece" the same work as Shel Silverstein's? Just wondering.

Man, if you ever read "The Giving Tree" from the same guy... I think it was my first truly serious and somewhat-sad book in elementary school. Ever heard of it?

@Zin0: Oh, wow. What a comment, thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying it so much!

Haha, yeah. One of the reasons I started it was to make a post-apocalyptic comic that wasn't so grim. I like post-apocalyptic and I like dramedys. Haha.

Haha, glad you like Timothy and Richard as they're THE couple, haha.

Again, thanks!

@tiki: @EricaheBeans: Haha, do you guys think I'm talking about the anime?

@Odd1Out: Yep, it's Shel Silverstein. Less people know about it than I thought, haha. He was one of my favorites authors when I was younger and wrote some of my favorite poetry as a kid.

What's really cool is I convinced my mom to buy those books for my younger sister about a year ago and she loves them.

Yeah, I read that one. Still breaks my heart, if even just a little, haha.

And of course Dr. Seuss is still a crazy cool guy.

When it comes to sobering books as a kid, I still really like The Golden Compass. My earliest introduction to any sort of moral ambiguity, haha.

Oh god... I think I know the ending... Why am I so self-spoilerrific? [Posted by GONE on September 19th, 2012, 11:14 am]

Does Richard die and finnaly brings Ian and Timothy together in a crying-manly-tears sort of hug?
